Prices

Our prices are adjusted daily. The prices given are valid on the order date. The prices are adjusted continually – often on a daily basis. The Purchaser will be invoiced the price applicable on the order date, provided that Hammer Tæpper A/S accepts the order. All prices shown er excluding VAT.

Orders

A presentation of the products and the price on hammercarpets.com is not considered a binding offer but rather as encouragement to make an offer. The Purchaser's order of goods from hammercarpets.com is not a binding acceptance but rather a binding offer to hammercarpets.com to purchase the product under the conditions notified.

The Purchaser and hammercarpets.com do not enter a binding agreement until hammercarpets.com sends an order confirmation accepting the Purchaser's offer.

Payment

The account details you enter when you purchase goods will be submitted directly to NETS (formerly PBS) in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and NETS can read. No-one else can view or save your bank data. When you purchase using Dankort or a credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods are dispatched from hammercarpets.com.

Risk of accidental destruction or impairment

It is not until the Purchaser takes possession of the goods ordered that the risk of accidental destruction or impairment is transferred to the Purchaser.

Claims

When the purchase is fresh fruit and vegetables, the following will apply: Any claim regarding damaged products must be made to hammercarpets.com not later than the day after the goods were received. If the Purchaser fails to claim within the deadline, the right to claim is forfeited. The Purchaser is obliged on request to substantiate the nature of the damage.

Where purchases of groceries and non-food products are concerned, the following will apply: A claim must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. The Purchaser is obliged to examine the product as soon as possible after receipt.

The information on these websites about the goods ordered is not part of the description of the goods ordered in the agreement between the Purchaser and hammercarpets.com. The goods are considered to meet the Purchaser's expectations if they correspond to the COMPANY's own description.

The Vendor is not liable for any direct or indirect losses as a result of the late arrival of the goods to the Purchaser's address or if the goods ordered are impaired, if the delay or impairment is due to the actions or failure to act on the part of the Purchaser or to circumstances beyond hammercarpets.com's control, e.g. war, civil unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour market conflicts of any kind, including strikes and lock-outs, or similar instances.

hammercarpets.com provides no individual guarantee for the goods ordered and the Purchaser is entitled to claim only on guarantees that are issued to the Purchaser by the manufacturer.

Right of return

If the Purchaser notifies hammercarpets.com that he wishes to cancel the purchase within a period of 14 days from delivery, hammercarpets.com will refund the purchase sum.

The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any goods returned CARRIAGE FORWARD or cash on delivery. When returning goods, the Purchaser is requested to use Post Danmark, rather than an alternative package distributor. Post Danmark's package distribution service includes "track & trace", so we can find any goods returned to us. Goods should be packed responsibly. Please send a copy of the invoice and write clearly that you wish to avail yourself of your right of return and that you wish to have purchase sum refunded. We recommend that you send returned goods via Post Danmark.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept delivery.

The regulations for returned goods apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private consumers). They do not apply to goods collected from our store and they do not apply to goods sold to corporate customers.

Hammer Tæpper A/S will pay the sum received when the goods are returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
