The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any goods returned CARRIAGE FORWARD or cash on delivery. When returning goods, the Purchaser is requested to use Post Danmark, rather than an alternative package distributor. Post Danmark's package distribution service includes "track & trace", so we can find any goods returned to us. Goods should be packed responsibly. Please send a copy of the invoice and write clearly that you wish to avail yourself of your right of return and that you wish to have purchase sum refunded. We recommend that you send returned goods via Post Danmark.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept delivery.
The regulations for returned goods apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private consumers). They do not apply to goods collected from our store and they do not apply to goods sold to corporate customers.
Hammer Tæpper A/S will pay the sum received when the goods are returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
